If you facilitate group gatherings such as circles or run any form of workshops and you would like to improve your overall confidence and competence as a facilitator, then this training is a must for you.

will:
- Discover how to read the energy in the room, not just the people in it, but also the very space itself.
- Recognise
how to manage, maximize and radiate your own energy with authenticity, clarity
and passion.
- Learn how
to create a safe, trusting space for the participants.
- Understand
how to deal with challenging individuals and any conflicting needs or
perspectives within the group dynamic.
- Find out
how to structure a workshop to cater for, and satisfy everyone’s needs.
- Increase
your confidence when speaking to a group (as opposed to 1:1).
- Become
aware of your distracting habits as a facilitator and the non-verbal messages
these habits communicate to your participants. Learn how to modify them into
proactive idiosyncratic attributes.
- Gain
greater awareness of effective body language.
- Become
aware of your vocal strengths and weaknesses.
- Learn
exercises and techniques to create vocal variety and the ability to project
your voice without any strain.
- Engage in numerous role plays so as to practice your new skills in front of the group and get constructive feedback in a nurturing environment.
At the end of the workshop you will feel confident to guide and direct a group in an authentic, powerful manner and fulfil and exceed the expectations of your participants.

About your Trainer
For 20 years Christiane Hille has run seminars, workshops and keynote speeches internationally throughout the USA, UK, Germany and Australia. Her diverse professional background means that Christiane brings a unique skill set reaching across the creative, psychological, spiritual, and corporate worlds.
Creative
World:
With 12 years of experience working as an international theatre director with companies including the Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal Court, Opera North and Victoria Opera, Christiane will ensure you will get expert help with your stage presence through stagecraft techniques that enhance your voice projection and focus on dramatic delivery.
Psychological
World:
Christiane is a fully trained and qualified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. She will share with you her extensive knowledge about numerous subjects including: human behaviour, group dynamics, reading and interpreting non-verbal messages from your audience. This knowledge will help you to cater to the varying needs and expectations of your participants.
Spiritual
World:
Actively engaged for the past 15 years in her spiritual development, Christiane has been expanding her skills and abilities through a range of esoteric fields including meditation, yoga, cellular healing, Tantra and Reiki. She has just returned from Glastonbury, the spiritual ‘heart’ of the planet, where she spent five weeks studying and developing her awareness at Shambhala with a Cosmic ‘walk-in’ who attests to be the reincarnation of the Goddess Isis. As a consequence of this period of advanced study, and her recent trips to Egypt and Greece, Christiane is writing a book about Goddess Awakening in the modern world and holds select Goddess Circles in and around Melbourne. In service to others, she volunteers this extraordinary aspect, her awareness of energy management, energy projection and energy clearing, to those with whom she works.

Christiane has worked as a confidential leadership consultant to many national ‘not-for-profit’ companies. Most recently she has been offered to run presentation skills trainings for an international Leadership Consultancy, reaching out to many Fortune 500 companies. Usually, our one-day trainings costs $397. However, because of the short notice that this training is posted I have elected to offer this seminar for $150 (plus GST).
